3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway begins when the official giveaway posts are published on Sponsor’s accounts on September 8, 2026 and ends Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after the close will not be counted.

5. How to Enter

During the entry period, leave a comment answering the entry prompt (the first thing you would ferment) on the official giveaway post on any of these accounts: Instagram (@dish.by.david), Facebook (Dish by David), TikTok (@dish_by_david), or YouTube (@DishByDavid). One entry per person per platform, up to a maximum of four entries per person. Multiple comments on the same platform count as one entry. On YouTube, the comment alone is a complete entry; subscribing is not required and does not affect your odds. There is no other method of entry.

6. Prizes

Four (4) winners will be selected, one from each participating platform. Each winner receives lifetime access to The Real Fermentation System (digital program, approximate retail value $99), a Dish by David tee (ARV $30), and their choice of either a fermentation kit (ARV $45) or a label printer (ARV $65). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to $776. Limit one prize package per person. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about Friday, September 18, 2026, one winner will be selected at random from each platform’s pool of eligible entries (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received on that platform.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Winners will be announced on Sponsor’s official accounts and contacted through the platform where the winning entry was posted. Winners must respond within 7 days and provide a valid US shipping address, or the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

9. Privacy Notice

Information collected in connection with this giveaway (platform username, and for winners only: name, email address, and US shipping address) is used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes and is deleted after prize fulfillment. Questions may be directed to the contact above.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner’s platform username on Sponsor’s official accounts without additional compensation.

11. Platform Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, YouTube, or Google LLC. By entering, each participant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway. Entries made on YouTube must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines; entries that violate them will be disqualified.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are automated, fraudulent, or abusive, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. By entering, participants agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any claim arising out of participation or prize use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
